for pumpkin chutney - In a pan take 2 tsp oil, into that add 1 tsp Jeera, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1.5 tbs chana dal, 3-4 Dry red chillies, 6-7 black peppercorns. |

Saute everything till you get nice golden color on chana dall. |

Then add 1.5 tbs Tamarind pulp, 200 gm chopped pumpkin (remove the skin and chop pumpkin into small dice), a few curry leaves and salt. |

Cover with a lead and let it cook till pumpkin becomes tender. |

Once it cools down, blend it in a mixture jar, add few spoons of water and blend it smooth. |

For tampering (Tadka), take 1 tbs oil. Once it’s heated, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1.5 urad dal, 1/2 tsp asafoetida and a few curry leaves. |

Pour the tadka over chutney. |

Jowar Set Dosa - - In a blender jar, add 1/2 cup semolina, 1.5 cup Jowar ka atta, 1/2 cup sour curd and 1/2 cup water. |

Blend everything till you get smooth batter. |

Now remove the batter into a bowl, add salt per taste and add 1/2 tsp baking soda. |

Mix everything well and leave the batter aside for 15 minutes. |

Now heat the pan on medium flame, grease it with oil and pour ladder-full of batter on tawa (Tip : Do not spread too thin). |

Let this dosa cook on medium flame only, in a minute you will see lots of bubbles on the top; at that time drizzle some oil/butter/ghee. |
