Popular and cooling South Indian drink Kulukki Sarbath is especially well-known in Kerala. Freshly squeezed lemon juice, spices, and herbs are combined to create this sweet and tart cocktail, which is often served with a twist. It is a popular option for soothing one’s thirst, especially in hot and humid weather, and is frequently sold by street sellers.

Vitamin C, which is well-known for its antioxidant effects and potential immune-boosting benefits, is present in significant amounts in the lemon/lime juice used to make Kulukki Sarbath.

Steps

Done

First soak basil leaves for 10 minutes.
Next slit a green chilli and lemon and keep aside.
Then take a glass and squeeze lemon.

Add 2 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp salt
Mix it well.
Now add some ice cubes, few mint leaves, the slit green chilli and slit lemon .

Now it’s time to add soaked sabja seeds and water
give it a stir .
Chilled Kulluki Sharbath is ready to drink.
