Paneer pakoda is a popular Indian snack made by coating cubes of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) with a spiced chickpea flour batter and deep-frying until crispy. It’s often served with mint chutney or ketchup. The paneer remains soft and creamy inside while the outer layer turns golden and crunchy. It’s a delicious combination of textures and flavors, perfect for tea-time or as an appetizer.
