To make the Pista Paste, In a chopper or mixer jar, take 1/2 cup pista and churn it coarsely. |

Then add 1/4 cup condensed milk and churn it again. Make smooth pista paste.You can increase or decrease condensed milk quantity according to your taste. |

To make Kunafa Base Mixture,In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of butter. Into that add, 3/4 cup of crushed vermicelli (semiya). Roast these vermiceli till they become golden. |

Now turn off the heat, and add the pista paste into that. Mix everything well and keep aside. |

To make Cheesecake mixture, In a chopper or mixer jar, take 150 gm Paneer. Into that add 1/4 cup of fresh cream and 1/4 cup+1 tbsp condensed milk. You can adjust the condensed milk quantity as per your taste. |

And add 1 Orange Zest. (Alternatively, you may add Lemon Zest also). Churn everything together, and make a smooth cheesecake mixture. |

To assemble the Kunafa Cheesecake, In a dessert jar or a cheesecake tub, first layer the semiya mixture and set properly. |

Then on top of that, pour cheesecake mixture. Keep the container in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours to set the cheesecake. |

Once it gets set, pour some melted chocolate mixed with fresh cream on top of cheesecake. (You can use dairy milk silk also). Garnish with cheesecake some more chopped pistachios. |
