Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan and sauté finely chopped jalapenos for about 5 minutes on medium flame. |

Add 1/2 cup ripe mango pulp and some salt to the pan and cook on low flame. |

Stir occasionally and cook until the mixture thickens into a smooth mango puree. |

Make paneer from 1 ltr milk. (you can take 150 gm store bought paneer too) |

Once cooled, transfer the homemade or store-bought paneer (150 gm) into a blender. Add 2 tbsp curd and a pinch of salt to the blender. |

Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. On a serving platter, spread the creamy paneer mixture as the base. |

Layer the prepared mango puree evenly over the creamy mixture. Garnish the dip with more chopped jalapenos or sprinkle chili flakes as desired. |
