Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan and sauté finely chopped jalapenos for about 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add 1/2 cup ripe mango pulp and some salt to the pan and cook on low flame.

Stir occasionally and cook until the mixture thickens into a smooth mango puree.

Make paneer from 1 ltr milk. (you can take 150 gm store bought paneer too)

Once cooled, transfer the homemade or store-bought paneer (150 gm) into a blender. Add 2 tbsp curd and a pinch of salt to the blender.

Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. On a serving platter, spread the creamy paneer mixture as the base.

Layer the prepared mango puree evenly over the creamy mixture. Garnish the dip with more chopped jalapenos or sprinkle chili flakes as desired.
