About
Methi Bajra Muthiya is a traditional Gujarati steamed snack made from bajra (pearl millet) flour and fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves. The dough is seasoned with spices like cumin, ginger, and green chilies, then shaped into small, dumpling-like muthiyas. It’s steamed until cooked through, resulting in a soft and savory snack. Often served with chutney or yogurt, it’s both nutritious and flavorful. This dish is gluten-free, making it a great alternative for those with dietary restrictions.
