Papad Churi is a popular and simple Indian snack made from crushed or crumbled roasted papads (thin, crisp lentil-based discs) along with various spices and seasonings. It’s a quick and flavorful snack that can be enjoyed on its own or as a side dish.

Steps

Heat a pan deep fry papad (you can take roasted papad also).
In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, peeled pomegranate, chopped green chillies, jeera powder , chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt as per taste.

Now, mix it well.
Than take fry papad crushed nicely and add lemon juice , melted ghee or butter.

Sprinkle some fresh chopped coriander and sev.
Give it a mix and enjoy Papad Churi.
