Dry roast 200 gm walnuts in a pan until fragrant, then chop them coarsely. |

In the same pan, heat 2 tsp ghee and add 150 gm dates. Cook on a slow medium flame until the dates soften. Remove the softened dates from the pan and set aside. |

In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp ghee and roast the chopped walnuts until you catch a lovely toasty aroma. |

Mix in 100 gm khoya (or paneer) and cook for about 5-10 minutes until everything blends beautifully. |
