Soak 10-15 almonds in hot water for around 2 hours. Peel off the skin and set the soaked almonds aside. |

Dry roast ½ cup of makhana until golden. Grind the roasted makhana into a fine powder, which will add a creamy texture to your hot chocolate. |

In a blender, combine the makhana powder, soaked almonds, 6-7 dates (for natural sweetness), ½ cup milk, and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Blend everything into a smooth puree. |
