10 dry roasted almonds (for crunch)
10-15 almonds (for soaking)
1/2 cup makhana (fox nuts)
6-7 dates (for sweetness)
1/2 cup milk (plus more for heating)
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 cups milk (for the hot chocolate)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (adjust to taste)
Chopped almonds (for garnish)

Are you craving for a guilt-free treat to warm you up this winter? Must try No Sugar Almond Hot Chocolate!  This rich and indulgent drink is not just delicious but also packed with healthy ingredients , thanks to the incredible Australian almonds and our desi Makhana !

Chop 10 dry roasted almonds into small pieces and set them aside for the perfect crunch.

Soak 10-15 almonds in hot water for around 2 hours. Peel off the skin and set the soaked almonds aside.

Dry roast ½ cup of makhana until golden. Grind the roasted makhana into a fine powder, which will add a creamy texture to your hot chocolate.

In a blender, combine the makhana powder, soaked almonds, 6-7 dates (for natural sweetness), ½ cup milk, and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Blend everything into a smooth puree.

In a pan, heat 3 cups of milk. Stir in 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (adjust to your taste). Add the almond-makhana blend and chopped almonds to the pan. Stir well and let the mixture froth up.
