Ingredients

1/2 cup Pecans
200 gm Hung curd / cream cheese
Tomatoes finely chopped
Onion finely chopped
Capsicum finely chopped
Red bell pepper finely chopped
a few Green chillies finely chopped
Fresh coriander (leaves)
Fresh mint (leaves)
1/4 cup Masala boondi
Sev (for rolling the balls)
Ppadi (to serve)
Green chutney (to apply on papdi)
Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
1 tsp Black salt
1 tsp Roasted cumin seeds powder

Dry roast 1/2 cup Pecans and coarsely chop them.

In a mixing bowl, take 200 gm hung curd / cream cheese.

Soften it with a spoon.

Into that add, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped red bell pepper, a few green chillies finely chopped, fresh coriander and fresh mint leaves.

Then add 1/4 cup masala boondi and chopped roasted pecans.

In masalas, add 1 tsp black salt and 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.

Mix everything well.

Make small balls and roll the balls into sev and some roasted finely chopped pecans.

To serve take papdi, apply some green chutney and place the prepared pecan cream cheese balls.

Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
