Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) |

In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachios, honey (or maple syrup), and cardamom powder. Mix everything well. |

Press the pistachio mixture firmly into a silicone mold. Do not use an aluminum mold. |

Bake for 12-15 minute.Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the mold before de-molding. |
