Ingredients

Chopped Broccoli, Bell Pepper, Carrots & Sweetcorn
3 Tsp Butter
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
1 medium sized finely chopped Onion
2 Tbsp Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta)
Approx 1/2 Cup Water
Few drops of Lemon Juice
French Loaf (for serving)

Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a pan, add chopped broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and sweetcorn, season with salt and pepper, sauté until half-cooked, then transfer to a bowl.

Add another 1/2 tsp butter to the same pan, add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 finely chopped onion, and season with salt and pepper.

Add 2 tbsp finger millet flour (ragi atta), roast for 5-7 min on medium heat.

Pour in approximately 1.5 cups of water, stirring continuously, and bring to a boil.

Once boiled, add the sautéed veggies, turn off the heat, add a few drops of lemon juice, mix, and serve the soup in a bowl. Enjoy your super healthy ragi soup with French loaf!
