Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a pan, add chopped broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and sweetcorn, season with salt and pepper, sauté until half-cooked, then transfer to a bowl. |

Add another 1/2 tsp butter to the same pan, add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 finely chopped onion, and season with salt and pepper. |

Add 2 tbsp finger millet flour (ragi atta), roast for 5-7 min on medium heat. |

Pour in approximately 1.5 cups of water, stirring continuously, and bring to a boil. |
