3 Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
as per taste Salt
2 tbsp Corn Flour
For slurry
2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Maida
as per taste Salt
as needed Water
For coating
Some Vermicelli sev
1 tsp Maida
1 tsp Corn Flour
for frying Oil

Vegetable cutlets are savory, deep-fried nibbles or starters that are produced from a combination of finely chopped or grated vegetables, mashed potatoes, and different spices. In Indian cooking, they are widely used as a snack, an entrée, or even a burger patty.

When the pan is hot, add some oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the jeera, green chilies, green peas, carrots, potatoes, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well. Then transfer to a bowl. Add the cornflour. Mix well.

Then take a small portion and form it into a cylinder shape. Next, make the slurry by combining the maida and cornflour with the salt, water, and maida. produce a medium-thin slurry
Vermicelli sev should be coarsely ground in a mixer jar. Maida and cornflour should then be added, and the mixture should be well combined.

Apply a thick layer of vermicelli sev.
Fry until crisp in medium-hot oil.
