Raw mango murabba is a popular Indian sweet and tangy preserve made from raw, unripe mangoes. It is essentially mango chunks or slices cooked in a sugar syrup with various spices and flavors. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded raw mango and 700 gm sugar. Mix well and leave it for 15-20 minutes until the sugar melts. |
