1/8 cup Sugar (may change as per sweetness you like )
1 tbsp Saffron Milk (soaked few saffron threads in warm milk)
1.5 cup Milk Powder
1 tsp Ghee
Some Nuts for garnishing

Mango Kesar Peda is a delectable Indian sweet that combines the rich and creamy texture of peda (a milk-based sweet) with the delightful flavor of ripe mangoes and the fragrance of saffron (kesar). It’s a popular dessert enjoyed during special occasions and festivals.

Steps

Heat up a pan.
Add mango pulp and sugar.
Now cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.

Add saffron milk and mix well.
Add milk powder and ghee.
Cook till all the ingredients are mixed well and dough separates from the pan.
Than keep aside for 3,4 minutes to cool down little.

Take small portions in hand and shape them in round or peda shape.
If need be apply little ghee in hands so they don’t stick.

Press gently in centre from top and garnish with some nuts of your choice.
