Mix 1 cup soaked sabudana, 2 medium boiled potatoes, crushed roasted peanuts, chopped green chilies, coriander (optional), cumin seeds, rock salt, lemon juice (optional), and coarsely crushed sama chawal in a bowl. |

Combine everything well with hands, adding water if needed. |

Heat a pan, add a drop of oil, and wipe it with a tissue. |

Dip your hand in water, take a handful of the mixture, flatten it on the pan (thickness similar to aloo paratha), and cover with a lid. |

Cook on slow to medium heat until golden brown from both sides. Serve hot with yogurt. |
