Sabudana Paratha is a delicious and filling Indian flatbread made from soaked sabudana (tapioca pearls), mashed potatoes, and spices. The soaked sabudana is mixed with boiled and mashed potatoes, along with green chilies, cumin seeds, and fresh coriander leaves. Sabudana Paratha is a popular fasting food during festivals like Navratri and is enjoyed with yogurt or a side of chutney.
