1 cup American Pecans(dry roasted and coarsely chopped) + extra for coating

2 tsp Butter

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

12-15 pieces Dates(de-seeded)

200 gm Cream Cheese(room temperature)

2 tsp Fresh Dill(finely chopped) + extra for garnish

1 lemon Lemon Zest

some Orange ZestFor final coating/garnish

Sweet, spicy, and irresistibly creamy — these spicy stuffed dates with pecan cheese are the perfect bite-sized delight. The natural sweetness of dates pairs beautifully with rich, nutty pecan cheese and a bold hint of spice, creating a quick appetizer that feels elegant yet effortless. Dry roast 1 cup Pecan, once it cools down, chop them coarsely. |

Now in a pan, take 2 tsp butter. |

Into that add 1 tsp chilli flakes and add de-seeded 12-15 dates. |

Sprinkle some salt and toss the dates in butter on low to medium flame for 5-7 minutes, mash it with spoon- take it out in a bowl and let it cool down. |

Now in a mixing bowl, take 200 gm room temperature cream cheese, soften it with spoon. |

Into that add chopped toasted pecans, cooked dates, finely chopped 2 tbs fresh Dill, 1 lemon zest. |

Mix it well and give it a cylinder shape with help cling wrap. |

Keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours. |

Take it out and roll the cheese in to some more chopped Pecans,, Orange zest and Dill leaves. |
