150g Sesame Seeds (Til)

200g Peanuts

300g Jaggery (Gud)

2 tsp Milk Powder(The game changer!)

1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder

1 tsp Cardamom Powder

About
Til Peanut Sukhdi is a wholesome traditional sweet made with sesame seeds, peanuts, jaggery, and ghee .
Steps

Take 150 gm Til (sesame seeds), dry roast them and let it cool down. |

Take 200 gm peanuts, dry roast and once it cools down, remove the skin. |

Now coarsely grind toasted sesame seeds and peanuts together. |

Take it out in a bowl, into that add 2 tbs milk powder (optional). |

Now in a kadhai, melt 300 gm jaggery. |

Once it’s completely melted, and when you see one boil, turn off the heat and add 1 tsp dry ginger powder and 1 tsp elaichi powder. |

Then add sesame and peanuts mix. |

Mix it well (tip : do this mixing part quickly when jaggery is hot.) |

Take out the mixture into a well-greased thali. |

Garnish with chopped pista and when the sukhdi is hot; give it the cuts. |

Once it completely cools down, take it out and store it in air tight container. |
