Ingredients

1 tbsp Butter
2 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
1 small piece of finely chopped Ginger
1 medium sized finely chopped Onion
Salt as per taste
Approx 1/4 cup finely chopped French Beans
finely chopped Carrots Approx 1/4 cup
Crushed Black Pepper (as per taste)
Some finely chopped Bell Peppers
Approx 1/4 cup Boiled Sweet Corn
Green Peas
Finely chopped Cabbage
2 cup Water
1 tbsp Corn Flour diluted with Water
1 tbsp Vinegar / Lemon Juice
Chilli Flakes (optional)
Chopped Spring Onion & Coriander
2 tbsp Butter (For Garlic Toast)-
2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Finely chopped Coriander
Crushed Black Pepper
Salt as per taste

A vegetable soup combined with garlic bread can be both comforting and appetizing, especially when you’re feeling under the weather with a cold. Provides essential vitamins and minerals to support your immune system. Enhances the taste of the meal, making it more enjoyable.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add 2 bay leaves, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, a small piece of chopped ginger, and 1 medium-sized finely chopped onion. Season with salt.

Stir in approximately 1/4 cup each of finely chopped French beans and carrots. Add crushed black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes before adding finely chopped bell peppers. Add around 1/4 cup each of boiled sweet corn, green peas, and finely chopped cabbage.

Pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Dilute 1 tablespoon of cornflour in water and add it to the soup, stirring continuously until it thickens.

Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice. Optionally, add chili flakes for extra spice. Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander.
