4-5 Green Chillies
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric
As per taste Salt

Moong dal pakode, also known as moong dal bhajiya or moong dal fritters, are a popular Indian snack made from soaked and ground moong dal (split green gram) mixed with spices and deep-fried until crispy. They are a beloved street food and a favorite rainy-day snack in many parts of India. Moong dal is a good source of plant-based protein, making these pakode a relatively healthier snack option compared to some others.

In a mixer jar, add soaked moong dal (I soaked for overnight)
Add Cumin Seeds, Garlic, Green chilli.
Grind it coresly
Take it out in bowl

Now add Onion, Fresh Coriander Leaves, Turmeric Powder and Salt
Mix it well for 4 to 5 minutes

Then heat up the oil and fry small pakodas
Let them cook till get golden brown colour or till cooked completely.
Enjoy with coriander chutney.
