A tasty and wholesome dessert or breakfast choice would be a “Rasmalai Oats Parfait with Jaggery and Hung Curd”. 

Oats are full of soluble fiber, which helps improve digestive health, decrease cholesterol levels, and keep you feeling satisfied. Jaggery has a distinct flavor and acts as a natural sweetener. It is an improved substitute for refined sugar, which contains empty calories. The creaminess of rasmalai is combined with the nutritious qualities of oats, yogurt, and jaggery in this parfait to create a harmonious blend of tastes and textures.

Steps

Done

Take 1 cup rolled oats, roast them a little.
While roasting add some chopped almonds & 3-4 tsp jaggery powder.
Keep roasting till jaggery melts.

Now take out half of these roasted oats for second dessert and let it cool down little.
Add some pistachios, and a pinch of salt- keep aside.

Now in a bowl take 1/4 cup hung curd, add 1 tsp jaggery powder, cardamom powder and soaked in milk saffron.
Mix the yogurt and fill it in a piping bag.
Make the dessert jar with layers of the mixed yogurt and rolled oats mixture.
On the top layer on hung curd garnish with fry fruits
nd Rasmalai dessert is ready.
