1 cup Mawa / Khoya
2 tbs Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tbs Kesar Milk (kesar soaked in lukewarm milk)

Kesar Mawa Modak is a delectable Indian sweet that is often made during the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi as an offering to Lord Ganesha, who is believed to be fond of modaks. These modaks are made from mawa), which is a reduced form of milk solids, flavored with saffron, and shaped into small, sweet dumplings.

Heat 1 tsp Ghee in a pan.
Add Mawa and roast for 3-4 min until it's soft.
Add Sugar and keep mixing until it melts.

Add 1 tsp Elaichi Powder.
Add 2 tbs Kesar Milk.
Give it a good mix and cook for another 3-4 min.

Transfer this mixture on a plate.
Start making Modaks with the help of modak mould.
Enjoy Delicious Kesar Mawa Modak.
