Finely chopped Coriander Leaves

Moong Millet Thalipith is a traditional Maharashtrian flatbread made from a combination of moong dal (split green gram), millet flour, and spices. It is a nutritious and gluten-free dish packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients.
It is often served with yogurt, pickle, or chutney and makes for a wholesome and satisfying meal.

Blend soaked Moong, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, and Cumin Seeds in a mixer with a little Water until coarse. |

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add Salt, Coriander Leaves, Onion, White Sesame Seeds, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder. |

Mix in Finger Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, and Wheat Flour to form a dough. |

Add Oil and knead well. |

Divide the dough into portions, flatten them on a damp cloth, and make small holes in each. |

Heat a pan, brush with Oil, then transfer the flattened dough onto it. |

Remove the cloth and cook until golden brown on both sides, drizzling Oil around. |
