Pressure cook sweetcorn until 1 whistle, then coarsely grind half of it. |

Mix ground sweetcorn with remaining whole sweetcorn in a bowl. |

Add chopped veggies (bell peppers, coriander, garlic, green chilies), cumin seeds, carom seeds, and salt. |

Incorporate gram flour, semolina, and rice flour (or 2 tbsp semolina or rice flour). |
