Finely chopped veggies (Bell Peppers, Coriander, Garlic & Green Chillies)
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Tsp Carrom Seeds (Ajwain
Salt as per taste and mix it well
3 Tbsp Gram Flour(Besan)
1 Tbsp Semolina(Suji)
1 Tbsp Rice Flour
Spoonful of Water
Oil

Sweetcorn fritters are a crispy and flavorful snack made with a batter of sweetcorn kernels mixed with flour and seasonings. Pressure cook sweetcorn until 1 whistle, then coarsely grind half of it.

Mix ground sweetcorn with remaining whole sweetcorn in a bowl.

Add chopped veggies (bell peppers, coriander, garlic, green chilies), cumin seeds, carom seeds, and salt.

Incorporate gram flour, semolina, and rice flour (or 2 tbsp semolina or rice flour).
