Arbi Tuk is a Sindhi dish made from boiled and fried colocasia (arbi) slices, seasoned with spices and herbs. Pressure cook taro (arbi) until tender, then peel and cut into halves. |

Place a parchment paper in the air fryer tray, grease with oil, and arrange cut arbi. |

Brush arbi with oil and air fry at 200⁰C for 15-18 minutes. |
