1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Salt as per taste
2 tsp Oil
1 cup finely chopped Spinach (Palak)
1 cup parboiled Sweetcorn (1 Corn Cob)
Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Finely chopped Coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
2 shredded Cheese Cubes
Butter (to roast paratha)

Corn Palak Cheese Paratha is a delicious Indian flatbread stuffed with a flavorful mix of corn, spinach (palak), and cheese. The filling is seasoned with spices and herbs, then encased in whole wheat dough and rolled out. The paratha is cooked on a griddle with a bit of oil or ghee until crispy and golden brown. It’s a nutritious and hearty option, perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Serve it with yogurt, pickles, or a side salad for a complete meal.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp jeera, salt to taste, 2 tsp oil, and 1 cup finely chopped spinach. Knead into a smooth dough, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes.

Coarsely crush 1 cup parboiled sweetcorn in a chopper and transfer to a bowl.

Add finely chopped green chilies, 3 chopped garlic cloves, chopped coriander, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder (to taste), and 2 shredded cheese cubes. Mix well.

Divide the dough into balls and roll out each ball into a thick circle. Place 1 spoon of stuffing in the center, fold the edges to seal, and roll out again into a thick paratha.

Heat a pan and cook the paratha on both sides, drizzling with butter, until golden brown and crispy.
