In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp jeera, salt to taste, 2 tsp oil, and 1 cup finely chopped spinach. Knead into a smooth dough, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes. |

Coarsely crush 1 cup parboiled sweetcorn in a chopper and transfer to a bowl. |

Add finely chopped green chilies, 3 chopped garlic cloves, chopped coriander, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder (to taste), and 2 shredded cheese cubes. Mix well. |

Divide the dough into balls and roll out each ball into a thick circle. Place 1 spoon of stuffing in the center, fold the edges to seal, and roll out again into a thick paratha. |
