Dry roast 1/2 cup Pecans and coarsely chop them. |

In a mixing bowl, take 200 gm hung curd / cream cheese. |

Soften it with a spoon. |

Into that add, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped red bell pepper, a few green chillies finely chopped, fresh coriander and fresh mint leaves. |

Then add 1/4 cup masala boondi and chopped roasted pecans. |

In masalas, add 1 tsp black salt and 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder. |

Mix everything well. |

Make small balls and roll the balls into sev and some roasted finely chopped pecans. |

To serve take papdi, apply some green chutney and place the prepared pecan cream cheese balls. |
