1. Making Shikanji Masala - Grind or pound 1 tsp whole black pepper, 2 tsp Saunf (fennel seeds), 2 tbsp Khadi Shakkar (or honey), once it becomes powder consistency, add black salt as per your taste and 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder. |

2. Making Shikanji - in blender jar, take chilled watermelon pieces, 1 tsp Shikanji masala, 1 fresh lime juice, a few leaves of fresh mint and add few ice cubes. |
