Dry roast the black sesame seeds on a slow to medium flame for 7-8 minutes. |

Add the pumpkin seeds to the pan and dry roast both seeds together for another 7-8 minutes. |

Finally, add the dry coconut and roast the entire mixture for 2 more minutes. |

Add the soft, de-seeded dates and immediately turn off the heat, but keep stirring the mixture. Let it come to room temperature. |

Once cooled, grind the mixture in a blender using the pulse setting. |
