Today, we are making a complete, nutrient-rich Middle Eastern Bowl in just 15 minutes! Yes, you heard that right. We are making perfectly steamed spiced rice, crispy chickpea falafel, and roasted vegetables all at the exact same time using the Ninja Combi’s incredible Simultaneous Cooking feature. Its Hyper Steam and Air Fry technology ensures the rice is fluffy, the veggies are perfectly roasted, and the falafel is juicy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. All while I easily make a fresh tahini sauce on the side. No more constant monitoring, no more heating up the kitchen, and no more soggy or dry food. This 12.5L multicooker, oven, and air fryer easily does the work of 14 appliances!
