Ingredients

1 small bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
1 small bunch Coriander
2 Green Chillies
Chopped Garlic and Ginger
1/2 Lemon Juice
2-3 spoon Water
3/4 cup Curd (Dahi)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Gram Flour (Besan)
1 tsp Oil
Paneer cut into cubes
Capsicum & Onion cut into pieces

The creamy and soft texture of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) is combined with the hot and savory marinade, which is often created with a variety of spices, yogurt, and chutney, to create the popular Indian appetizer or snack dish known as chutney paneer tikka. The main component, paneer, is used as the main protein source and is cubed.

To make chutney, take a mixer jar. Add 1 small bunch Mint Leaves,1 small bunch Coriander, 2 Green Chillies, chopped Garlic and Ginger and 1/2 Lemon Juice. Add a little Water and grind to make chutney.

Further take a mixing bowl. Add 3/4 cup Curd (Dahi). Add chutney in it. Add Salt as per taste. Add 1 tsp Gram Flour (Besan). Add 1 tsp Oil and mix it well. Add Paneer cut into cubes. Mix it and leave for 30-45 min to marinate paneer.

Further take them into air fryer. Air fry paneer at 200⁰ for approx 12 min. Check after 7 min and brush a little oil on cubes. Take out paneer cubes on a plate.

You can air fry Capsicum and Onion for 5 min in the remaining marination of paneer. Insert paneer and veggies in a toothpick.
