To make chutney, take a mixer jar. Add 1 small bunch Mint Leaves,1 small bunch Coriander, 2 Green Chillies, chopped Garlic and Ginger and 1/2 Lemon Juice. Add a little Water and grind to make chutney. |

Further take a mixing bowl. Add 3/4 cup Curd (Dahi). Add chutney in it. Add Salt as per taste. Add 1 tsp Gram Flour (Besan). Add 1 tsp Oil and mix it well. Add Paneer cut into cubes. Mix it and leave for 30-45 min to marinate paneer. |

Further take them into air fryer. Air fry paneer at 200⁰ for approx 12 min. Check after 7 min and brush a little oil on cubes. Take out paneer cubes on a plate. |

You can air fry Capsicum and Onion for 5 min in the remaining marination of paneer. Insert paneer and veggies in a toothpick. |
