350 gm Plain Flour (Maida) approx. - 2.5 cup
1/2 tsp + 1 pinch Salt
50 gm Caster Sugar alternatively powdered White Sugar can be used
10 gm Instant Yeast
50 gm Melted Butter
3/4 cup Warm Milk
1 tbs Cinnamon Powder
100 gm Caster Sugar
1 tsp Corn Flour
100 gm Cream Cheese
40 gm Powder Sugar
1 tbs Milk
1 tsp Vnilla Essencea

Cinnamon rolls with vanilla glaze are a delectable and sweet treat that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. These homemade cinnamon rolls with vanilla glaze are sure to be a hit with family and friends. They’re soft, sweet, and utterly delicious.

In a big vessel, mix 350g plain flour (maida), 1/2 tsp salt, 50g caster sugar, and 10g instant yeast.
Add 50g melted butter and 3/4 cup warm milk.
Use an electric beater to beat the mixture until it forms a soft dough.
Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for an hour.
Dust the kitchen platform with dry flour.

Flatten the dough into a thick paratha-like shape using a rolling pin.
Spread 30g butter on the flattened dough.
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp cinnamon powder, 100g caster sugar, and 1 tsp cornflour. Sprinkle this mixture on the dough.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt, then roll the dough tightly to make a thick roll.
Cut the roll into 1-1.5 inch pieces.
Transfer the pieces to a greased baking tray with parchment paper.
Cover the tray with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (or use a stovetop method).
Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven (or 35 minutes using the stovetop method).
In a small bowl, combine 100g cream cheese, 40g powdered sugar, 1 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla essence to make the glaze.
Remove the rolls from the oven, let them cool, and drizzle the glaze over them.
