Take 200 gm hung curd in a mixing bowl. |

Grate 150 gm paneer. |

Add a small piece of ginger finely chopped, green chillies finely chopped, 1 medium size of onion finely chopped, 1 capsicum finely chopped & coriander finely chopped. |

For binding, add 1.5 tbs roasted besan (chickpeas flour). |

Some salt and for sweet and 2 tbs chopped walnuts for crunch. |

Mix everything well, keep the mixture in the fridge for 15 min. |

Now apply some oil in your palm, and take a small portion of mixture and give tikki like shape. |

Make sure kebabs are not very thick. |

Now coat these kebabs in fresh bread crumbs. |

Shallow fry on a medium flame till you get nice golden color on each side. |
