Ingredients

200 g Hung Curd (Dahi)
150 g Paneer grated
2 tsp Chile Walnuts chopped
1 small piece Ginger finely chopped
some Green Chilies (finely chopped, to taste)
1 medium size Onion finely chopped
1 Capsicum finely chopped
some Coriander (Cilantro) finely chopped
1.5 tsp Besan (Chickpeas Flour) (roasted, for binding)
Salt to taste
a pich Sugar (for balance/sweetness)
Fresh Bread Crumbs For coating
Oil For shallow frying

Take 200 gm hung curd in a mixing bowl.

Grate 150 gm paneer.

Add a small piece of ginger finely chopped, green chillies finely chopped, 1 medium size of onion finely chopped, 1 capsicum finely chopped & coriander finely chopped.

For binding, add 1.5 tbs roasted besan (chickpeas flour).

Some salt and for sweet and 2 tbs chopped walnuts for crunch.

Mix everything well, keep the mixture in the fridge for 15 min.

Now apply some oil in your palm, and take a small portion of mixture and give tikki like shape.

Make sure kebabs are not very thick.

Now coat these kebabs in fresh bread crumbs.

Shallow fry on a medium flame till you get nice golden color on each side.
