2 tsp whole fenugreek seeds (methi dana)(overnight soaked)

1.5 cup Poha(half an hour soaked)

1/2 cup Dahi (curd)

Take overnight soaked 1 cup chilka moong dal, 1 cup masoor dal and 2 tsp whole fenugreek seeds (methi dana). |

In to that add, half an hour soaked 1.5 cup poha. |

Then add 2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds) and 1/2 cup Dahi (Curd). |

Grind this mixture till you get smooth consistency. If required then only add water. (Do Not make the batter too runny). |

Add salt into batter and mix it for 5 minutes. |

Now heat the dosa tawa on medium to high heat, and grease it with oil. |

Then reduce the heat to slow. Spread the batter on Tawa. |

Now Increase the tawa on medium heat. |

Sprinkle some oil on dosa; and cook on both the sides. |
