Ingredients

1 cup Chilka moong dal (overnight soaked)
1 cup Masoor dal (overnight soaked)
2 tsp whole fenugreek seeds (methi dana) (overnight soaked)
1.5 cup Poha (half an hour soaked)
2 tsp Jeera
1/2 cup Dahi (curd)
Salt
Oil

Take overnight soaked 1 cup chilka moong dal, 1 cup masoor dal and 2 tsp whole fenugreek seeds (methi dana).

In to that add, half an hour soaked 1.5 cup poha.

Then add 2 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds) and 1/2 cup Dahi (Curd).

Grind this mixture till you get smooth consistency. If required then only add water. (Do Not make the batter too runny).

Add salt into batter and mix it for 5 minutes.

Now heat the dosa tawa on medium to high heat, and grease it with oil.

Then reduce the heat to slow. Spread the batter on Tawa.

Now Increase the tawa on medium heat.

Sprinkle some oil on dosa; and cook on both the sides.
