About
Looking for a delicious snack that perfectly fits your weight loss goals? I love making these Jowar Appe because they are incredibly satisfying, packed with nutrition, and cook in just a few drops of oil!
Here is why this recipe is so great for your body:
* Jowar (Sorghum): A fantastic gluten-free millet rich in dietary fibre and complex carbs. It digests slowly, keeping you full longer and helping to control those mid-day cravings.
* Fresh Veggies: The carrots, capsicum, and onions add a wonderful crunch along with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
* Ajwain & Garlic: These aren’t just for flavour—they are excellent for digestion and keeping your metabolism active.
* Sesame Seeds & Curd: The curd provides a probiotic boost for gut health, while the sesame seeds add a healthy dose of calcium and good fats.
Eating healthy never has to mean compromising on taste! Try these out and let me know which chutney you are pairing them with.
