Peel the raw mango and cut it into small cubes. Set it aside. In a kadai, heat 1 tablespoon of oil on medium flame. |

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle slightly. Add garlic cloves and green chillies. Sauté for a minute. |

Add raw peanuts and salt. Stir everything well. Cook the mixture until the peanuts are nicely roasted and aromatic. |

Remove from the flame and mix this hot mixture with the raw mango cubes. After mixing it well, pound or crush the mixture. |

While pounding, add fresh coriander and continue mixing until well combined. Serve this spicy, tangy thecha with bhakri, roti, or dal chawal. |
