Matar Chila is a popular Indian dish made from ground green peas (matar) mixed with spices and gram flour (besan). The mixture is spread onto a hot griddle and cooked into a savory pancake-like form. It is often enjoyed as a breakfast or snack, served with chutney or yogurt. The dish is nutritious, rich in protein, and can be customized with various vegetables and seasonings. Matar Chila is a healthy, gluten-free alternative to traditional pancakes.
