Blend 2 cups of fresh mutter and add it to a bowl. |

Mix in pounded small piece of ginger & 2-3 chilies. Add 1/2 cup besan, salt, and just enough water to make a smooth batter. |

For the stuffing, combine finely chopped 1/4 cup bell-pepper, 1 medium size onion, some coriander your favorite chopped veggies (you can take as many veggies as you like such as carrot, cabbage, beans etc), |

Before making chila add a pinch of Baking soda into batter. |

Heat a tawa, brush with oil, and spread the batter, adding the yummy stuffing on top. Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve with chutney, pickle, or even chai. |
