An eggless chocolate cake made in a microwave is a quick and easy dessert option, ideal for those avoiding eggs. It’s prepared with simple ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and milk. The cake is cooked in the microwave for just a few minutes, making it soft and moist. Fresh strawberries and blueberries are added on top for a fruity, vibrant contrast to the rich chocolate flavor. This microwave cake is perfect for a fast treat, ready in under 10 minutes.
Steps
1
Done
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups Plain Flour (Maida), 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder, and 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder. Mix well to ensure even distribution. |

In a separate bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup Castor Sugar and 1/2 cup Odourless Oil until well combined. |

Gradually strain and add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Mix them gently, whisking to avoid lumps. If the batter is too thick, you can add a bit of milk to achieve a smooth, pouring consistency. |

Grease a microwave-safe plate or tray with oil and line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared tray and microwave on high for 5 minutes. (Microwave times may vary, so check the cake with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s done). Allow the cake to rest for 10 minutes. |

Melt 200 gm Dark Chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler. Mix in 100 gm Fresh Cream to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth and creamy, creating your ganache. |

Once the cake has cooled slightly, demould it from the plate and place it on a serving plate. Pour the ganache into a piping bag and pipe it in a circular design over the cake. |
