3-4 garlic cloves Coarsely pounded paste

1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carrom seeds)

1/2 tsp Turmeric (Haldi)

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder

1 tsp Coriander (Dhania) powder

some White sesame seedsfor greasing and drizzling

In a mixing bowl, take finely chop 3 Mooli leaves. |

Into that add finely grated small size 3-4 mooli (Radish) and a small piece of carrot grated. |

Then add coarsely pounded green chili-ginger-garlic paste (3-4 garlic cloves, 2-3 green chillies, and a small piece of ginger) |

Add 1/2 tsp carrom seeds (ajwain), salt, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirchi Powder and 1 tsp Dhania Powder. |

Then add 1 cup besan and 3/4 cup Rice flour (alternative to rice flour is Sooji) |

Mix everything well, and then add water as required- make batter for chila as shown in video. |

To make chila, heat the tawa and grease with oil. |
