1 cup Soaked Yellow Moong Dal

To make Tikkis - - In blender jar, take 1 cup Soaked Yellow Moong Dal, 150 gm paneer, 1/2 cup soaked poha, crushed black pepper and salt as per the taste. |

Blend it coarsely without adding water. (If you need, add 1 or 2 tbs water). |

Take out the mixer into the mixing bowl and add finely chopped 1 medium size onion, 1 small red capsicum, coriander leaves finely chopped, 2-3 green chillies, a small piece of shredded ginger, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Aamchoor Powder (you can take lemon juice as an alternative), 1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds). |

Mix everything well and shape the tikkis. |

Now heat the tawa on medium flame, add 1.5 tbs oil and place the tikkis. |

Shallow fry these tikkis on both the sides till you get golden color. |

To Make Raita - - In 1 cup of curd, add 1 small boiled and shredded beetroot, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder and salt per taste. - Mix everything well. |
