150 gm California Pistachios

1 cup Homemade Paneer (mashed)

1/2 cup Milk Powder

less tha 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (or Jaggery Powder)

1 cup Dry Coconut Powder (Ground once)

1-2 tbsp Milk(if needed for binding)

3 tbsp Pista Powder (for inner layer)

These No-Cook Pista Rolls are a celebration of pure flavor and effortless charm. Grind 150 gm California Pista into the grinder on a pulse mode and keep aside. |

In a big paraant, take 1 cup homemade paneer, mash it with the hands. Into that add 1/2 cup milk powder. |

Mix everything well. |

Into that add less than 1/2 cup powder sugar (you may take jaggery powder too), again mix the sugar paneer mix. |

Then add 1 cup dry coconut powder (Pro Tip : grind it in a mixer grinder once before adding to the paneer mix as we need smooth texture) |

Mix everything well and make a dough. (I haven’t added any kind of milk into this mixture but if you require add 1 to 2 tsp milk) |

Now cut dough into half. And in one portion, add 3 tbs Pista Powder and Elaichi Powder. Mix it well. |

Now grease the parchment paper with Ghee. And apply some ghee in your palm as well. |

Take the white color dough, press it on the parchment paper with your hand, cover with another greased parchment paper and roll it thin. |

Give a square shape. Now take the pista mixture, make a cylinder shape, and place it over the rolled mixture. Gently roll the white mixture with help of parchment paper. And make a nice tight roll. |

Cover the roll with the parchment paper and put it in fridge for 10-15 minutes. |

Then cut the roll and garnish with pista powder and rose petals. |
