COARSELY CHOP 1/2 CUP SPROUTED MOONG IN A CHOPPER. IN A MIXING BOWL, ADD 1/2 CUP BESAN AND THE COARSELY CHOPPED MOONG.

ADD 1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED PALAK, VEGGIES (CARROT, ONION, GINGER, GARLIC, GREEN CHILLIES), 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA POWDER, 1/2 TSP AJWAIN, AND SALT. MIX WELL.

ADD WATER AS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE A DROP CONSISTENCY BATTER.

HEAT A PAN, ADD A LITTLE OIL, AND SPREAD A SCOOP OF BATTER TO MAKE SMALL PANCAKES. DRIZZLE OIL AROUND AND COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN-BROWN FROM BOTH SIDES.
