1-2 spoon Ghee
Rock Salt (Sendha Namak)
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Tbsp Peanuts
Green Chillies (as per taste)
big bunch Coriander
1 Lemon
Few Ice Cubes
Jaggery-Tamarind Chutney
Roasted Makhana & Peanuts

Toss boiled sweet potato pieces with ghee, rock salt, and cumin seeds, then air fry at 180⁰C for 20 minutes.
