Tadke Wale Chia Oats is a refreshing dish combining soaked chia seeds, yogurt, and dry-roasted oats. he highlight of the dish is the flavorful tadka (tempering) which adds a delightful crunch and a burst of aromatic flavors. Soak 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in water for half an hour. |

In a bowl, take 2 cups of yogurt. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well to adjust the consistency. Add the soaked chia seeds. |

Mix in the finely chopped cucumber, green chillies, coriander leaves, and pomegranate seeds. |

Dry roast 1 cup of instant oats in a pan until lightly browned. Let the oats cool down completely. |

Once cool, add the oats to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Add salt to taste. |

Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds and let them splutter. |
