for deep fry Oil
For slurry
1/4 cup Corn Flour
as needed Water

This dish includes a variety of veggies that are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals that are crucial for good health. The addition of spices like red and green chili paste can give a dish a fiery edge and may also have metabolism-boosting effects.

Boiled grated potatoes, carrots, capsicum, onion, green peppers, red chili sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste should all be added to a bowl and mixed well. Next, make a medium-thin slurry with cornflour and water.

Finally, take bread slices and cut them into rounds using a katori or cutter.
Spread the prepared potato mixture on the sliced bread.

Until the oil turns golden, deep fry at medium-high heat.
