Veg lollipops, also known as vegetable lollipops or vegetable lollipop skewers, are a popular vegetarian appetizer or snack made by coating various vegetables with a flavorful batter, shaping them into lollipop-like forms, and deep-frying them.

These vegetable lollipops are a delicious and fun way to enjoy a variety of vegetables. They can be served as an appetizer at parties or as a snack for kids and adults alike.

Add the following ingredients to a mixing bowl: cooked, grated potatoes, green peas, carrots, French beans, sweet corn, fresh coriander, kasuri methi, salt to taste, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, dhana powder, and jeera powder.
Ideally combine all elements.
Insert an ice cream stick inside small portion forms.

Now, put maida in a bowl and stir to produce a slurry.
Add salt to taste and water as necessary to produce a medium-thin slurry.
Place bread crumbs on a dish.
Mix thoroughly after adding salt.
Lollipop is now covered with sludge.

Put plenty of bread crumbs on it.
until crispy, deep fried in medium-hot oil.
Eat your vegetarian lollipop!
