1/ 2 cup Semolina
1 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka atta)
Water
1tbs Oil
Some mustard seeds (rai)
Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (optional)
Sesame Seeds(til)
Some curry leaves
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder

“Veg Muthiya” is a popular and flavorful Indian snack or side dish that originated in the state of Gujarat. It’s made from a mixture of vegetables, spices, and flour, which is shaped into cylindrical or oval dumplings, steamed or shallow-fried, and then sliced into pieces for serving. 

The combination of vegetables, flour, and spices in veg muthiya creates a balanced snack that provides carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and essential nutrients in one serving.

Steps

Mix 1 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot, 3 finely chopped spring onions, chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste.
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
Add 1 lime juice and 2 tsp sugar (optional).
Mix in 1/2 cup semolina (suji/rava) and 1 cup wheat flour (gehu ka atta).
Gradually add water to make a thick batter.

Apply oil to your palms and shape the mixture into cylindrical rolls.
Arrange the rolls on a greased food strainer.
Steam for 20 minutes in a preheated steamer until a knife comes out clean.
Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds (rai), a pinch of asafoetida powder (hing), sesame seeds (til), and curry leaves.

Sprinkle Kashmiri red chili powder and add cut muthia pieces.
Cook for 5 minutes to get a crispy layer.
Garnish with fresh coriander.

ChatGPT is now getting group chats for everyone —

As part of the move, OpenAI plans to put some other initiatives, including advertising, on the back burner.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has put OpenAI on “code red,” telling staff
the company will prioritize improving ChatGPT as pressure mounts from Google and other AI
competitors, according to The Information. The partnership will let users create AI videos using hundreds of Disney-owned characters,
costumes, and props.
OpenAI, facing a lawsuit from the parents of a 16-year-old who
died by suicide, said in its blog that it has implemented new safeguards for ChatGPT, including
stronger detection of mental health risks and parental control
features. OpenAI launched Instant Checkout in ChatGPT, letting U.S.
users purchase products directly from Etsy and, soon, over a million Shopify merchants without
leaving the conversation. OpenAI unveiled Pulse, a new ChatGPT feature that delivers
personalized morning briefings overnight, encouraging users to start their
day with the app. ChatGPT now has 800 million weekly active users, reflecting rapid growth across consumers, developers, enterprises,
and governments, Sam Altman said. The partnership
is part of OpenAI’s broader effort to develop AI-driven e-commerce tools, including collaborations with Etsy and
Shopify. OpenAI has launched its AI browser, ChatGPT Atlas, starting on Mac, letting users
get answers from ChatGPT instead of traditional search results.

OpenAI’s ChatGPT now offers new funtions for business users, including integrations with various cloud services, meeting recordings, and MCP connection support for connecting to tools for
in-depth research. Some ChatGPT users have noticed a new feature called “Study Together”
appearing in their list of available tools.
CEO Sam Altman said that the company is delaying the release of its open model, which had already been postponed by a
