Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 Tbs Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Jeera
1/2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Peppercorns
3-4 Bay Leaves
4 Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon Stick
3-4 Dry Red Chillies
2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder
Kasuri Methi (alternatively 1/4 tbs Methi dana can be used while roasting)
Salt as per taste

Done

Take all below dry spices in a pan.
Sabut Dhaniya, Jeera, Saunf, Kali Mirch, Tej Patta, Elaichi, Laung, Chakra Phool, Dalchini & Red Chillies.
Dry roast for 5 min on medium heat.
Cool down completely.

Take a mixer jar.
Add roasted dry spices.
Add 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder.
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder.
Add Kasuri Methi.
Add Salt as per taste.

Coarsely grind this mixture to make Masala.
Enjoy this Super Tasty Multipurpose Magic Masala.
