This Cheesy Masala Pav is a delightful combination of spicy masala and melted cheese, creating a perfect snack or even a meal that’s full of flavors and textures.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add green chilies and garlic. Cook until the raw smell disappears.

Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender.

Add chopped tomatoes, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens.

Slice the pav horizontally but not all the way through.

Toast the pav on a hot pan with a little butter until they're lightly browned and crisp.

Stuff the prepared masala into the pav generously.
