Coarsely grind salted & roasted peanuts (120g) and transfer them to a bowl. Coarsely grind walnuts (about 8) and pumpkin seeds (50g) separately. Keep them aside. |

Take 120g of hung curd in a mixing bowl. (Hung curd is made by straining regular yogurt overnight in a muslin cloth to remove excess water.) |

Add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 2.5 tablespoons of honey, and optionally 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar. Combine everything together. |

Add the ground nuts to the yogurt mixture. Mix well to ensure even distribution. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour to let it set. |
