Ingredients

120 gm Salted & Roasted Peanuts, coarsely ground
Approx 8 Walnuts, coarsely ground
50 gm Pumpkin Seeds, coarsely ground
120 gm Hung Curd (Dahi ka chakka - keep curd overnight it in a muslin cloth to remove access water)
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder + more to dust
2.5 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Powder Sugar (optional)

Coarsely grind salted & roasted peanuts (120g) and transfer them to a bowl. Coarsely grind walnuts (about 8) and pumpkin seeds (50g) separately. Keep them aside.

Take 120g of hung curd in a mixing bowl. (Hung curd is made by straining regular yogurt overnight in a muslin cloth to remove excess water.)

Add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 2.5 tablespoons of honey, and optionally 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar. Combine everything together.

Add the ground nuts to the yogurt mixture. Mix well to ensure even distribution. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour to let it set.

Use a square-shaped cookie cutter to shape the mixture into square bites. Dust the bites with cocoa powder.
